I'm 2nd generation in the office. I have been working in the office since 1962 when I finished college at the University of Colorado. The office was split then, where we not only did insurance but we also sold real estate and wrote mortgages for people. I started on the real estate side when I was 22 years old and it wasn't until a little later that my father made me realize that I needed to learn the other sides of the business.

I am in charge of the commercial insurance division. We handily write business for most contractors in construction, habitational business which could include but isn't limited to apartment buildings, condo associations, etc , mainstreet and general business and restaurants. My goal is to meet with you at your place of business to know what it is we're insuring so I may do the best possible job I can for you.

I'm 3rd generation. I have been in the family business since August, 1999. If someone is looking for personal insurance whether it be for their home, auto, motorcycles, classic cars, boats…whatever it may be…It is my mission to provide the best insurance possible, provide tips for savings, do the best possible job I can because I really love helping people. I'm here to help you and hopefully make you happy enough that you will tell your friends and family so that hopefully I can make them happy with their insurance too!

In my spare time I like spending time with my family outside. I like living near a lake so that we may go boating, I can fish or just relax. Don't get me started on fishing…I can talk about it all day!

Back in 2005, I was working in a State Farm office. It wasn't until 1 year later that I found the light when I started working at Wm Schwartz & Co. I realized that independent agencies have more flexibility, since I am able to research different insurance carriers to find you the best combination of price and coverage's to properly protect your assets.

In my spare time I enjoy training & Walking my dog, volunteering for Midwest Shiba Inu Rescue and learning how to cook.

I believe that servicing accounts is the most important part of my job. I have over 31 years experience servicing customers with their commercial insurance.

When I am not working, I enjoy walking my two dogs in the forest preserve near my home and going to sporting events with my husband of 38 years.

My expertise is working with my clients to find the best solution for not only today, but years to come. I've worked extensively in the area of Consumer Directed Health Plans. I assist employers to reduce their costs by educating their employees in regards to the health care system, which in turn also reduces the overall cost of providing health care to employees as well as their out of pocket expenses. I have served as the committee Chair Person for the Employee Benefits Committee for the Independent Insurance Assn. of WI from 2004-2009. I have also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 1996.

I enjoy bowling; camping; volunteering in our community and most of all, spending time with my beautiful family.
